How do i proceed as a business customer?

What is the duration from of air freight from to pickup or delivery in Nigeria?
Our ETA is between 3 to 7 working days from flight date , we operate daily or weekly depending on the volume of load we have in the warehouse. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Are your fees inclusive of customs clearance ?
Yes all fees are inclusive of customs clearance, please note that door delivery charges may not be included in some instances in areas that are not easily accessible to local couriers at destination. You will need to discuss this with us .
I am a business, i need proof of export to show supplier for VAT waiver or refund?
Yes, we will provide all customs entries and Air way bill to your supplier for this purpose providing your goods does not require special licence to export out of the EU and all commercial invoices regarding your goods were all provided on time .
How do you charge for air freight?
Strictly per kilo or volume, we will charge per kilo or per volumetric weight or whichever is higher, large packages with very light weight will attract volume weight, pack as heavy as possible and let the weight be commensurate with size of the box. Volumetric weight is calculated as L x W xH / 6000 .
Are my goods insured?
We strongly advice all customers to seek third party insurance for goods of high value but however, we have a company insurance for maximum of €300 should any item be stolen or damaged in transit. Though we very rarely have these cases but it can happen in transit when it is out of our hands till we get the goods again at destination. This is why insuring goods you think is of high value is worthwhile , though we can help recommend some third party insurance companies but if the customer has a better option, that is even better.
